What we build

From bare slab to the sharpest room you own.

Polyaspartic floor coatings

The premium coating: UV-stable so it never yellows, flexible so it moves with the slab instead of cracking, and done in one day.

Full garage makeovers

Floor, storage, cabinets, and slatwall in one project - the whole garage, transformed in days.

Storage & built-ins

Cabinets, workbenches, overhead racks, and slatwall systems, built and installed by our carpentry crew.

Prep is the whole game

Coatings don’t fail because of the coating. They fail because of the prep.

Diamond-ground, never acid-etchedWe mechanically grind every floor to open the concrete so the coating bonds into the slab, not onto the dust.
Moisture-tested firstWe test the slab before we coat - because moisture pushing up from below is the number one cause of peeling floors.
Polyaspartic, not bargain epoxyFlexible through freeze-thaw, UV-stable, and resistant to hot-tire pickup - the failure that ruins cheap coatings.
How it works

Four steps, and you always know where things stand.

OneWalk & quoteWe walk your space, talk through what you want, and hand you a clear plan and price.
TwoScheduleColor and flake picked, and a locked install date - usually within a couple weeks.
ThreeGrind & coatGrind, repair, and coat in a day - walk on it that evening, park on it in 24 hours.
FourWalk-throughWe finish clean, wipe down the space, and walk the floor with you.

Garage floor questions, answered straight.

Polyaspartic or epoxy - what’s the difference?

Epoxy is the older, cheaper coating: rigid, yellows in sunlight, cures for days, and cracks when the slab moves. Polyaspartic stays flexible through freeze-thaw, never yellows, and takes a car in 24 hours. We install polyaspartic because it’s what actually survives an Illinois garage.

Really one day?

Really. Grind in the morning, coat by afternoon, walk on it that evening, park on it the next day. Bigger repairs can add a day.

Can you install in winter?

Yes - winter is actually our busiest coating season. The garage is indoors, and the products we use are formulated for a wide temperature range.

What about hot-tire pickup?

That’s the classic failure of cheap coatings - hot tires soften the coating and peel it up. Proper grinding plus polyaspartic chemistry is the fix, and it’s the only way we install.

My slab has cracks - is that a problem?

Usually not. We repair cracks and spalls as part of prep, and they disappear under the coating. Truly failed slabs are rare, and we’ll tell you straight at the walkthrough if yours is one.
