What we build

Every kind of deck, one standard of build.

Composite decks

Low-maintenance boards that keep their color and never need staining - the right call for most Metro East homes.

Wood decks

Classic cedar and treated lumber, built and sealed properly - warm, traditional, and budget-friendly.

Multi-level & features

Elevated and multi-level builds, railings, lighting, benches, and stairs - and the pergola or cover to go over it.

Built right, underneath

The part you’ll never see is the part that matters most.

Footings below the frost linePoured to depth for our freeze-thaw winters, so your deck doesn’t heave in February.
Framing that’s flat and trueProper joist spacing, flashing, and hardware - the difference between 10 years and 30.
Permitted and inspectedWe pull the permits and build to code. You get the paperwork when we’re done.
How it works

Deck questions, answered straight.

Composite or wood - which should I pick?

Composite costs more up front but never needs staining and shrugs off our winters; wood costs less and looks classic but wants maintenance every couple of years. We’ll price both in your quote so you can decide with real numbers.

Do I need a permit?

Almost always, yes - and we handle it. Permits and inspections are included in every deck we build, and you get the paperwork at the end.

How long does a deck take?

Most decks are built in one to two weeks once we start. You’ll have a locked start date before we begin, and updates the whole way through.

What happens to my yard?

We put it back right. Sites are cleaned daily, and anywhere we disturbed is regraded and seeded before we call the job done.

Can you add a pergola or cover over it?

Yes - that’s the point of one crew. Deck, pergola, patio below: one plan, one schedule, one team responsible for all of it.
