Built for Troy - the lots, the soil, the permits.
Troy yards tend to have real space, and that changes what a deck can be. This is where multi-level builds, built-in benches, and deck-and-pergola combinations earn their keep - an outdoor space designed as one project, so the deck, the stairs, and the shade structure line up instead of looking bolted together over three different summers.
We build throughout Troy: family decks in Turtle Creek and Hampton Hills sized for weekend cookouts, replacements in the older streets near downtown where original wood decks have run out their clock, and larger builds on the acreage lots east of town where the deck is the centerpiece of the whole backyard. Troy sits fifteen minutes from our shop, which is why our repair and maintenance response here is fast.
Multi-level and pergola-topped decks are our signature Troy build - designing deck and shade structure together costs less than adding a pergola to a finished deck later.
